Scrum Master
Quintegro develops products primarily for large companies in the US. Our projects are to create web and mobile applications from scratch and their long-term development and support. We are responsible for the full cycle of the product - from design to development, testing, support and DevOps / CI / CD, and often participate in the development of product strategy and product management. We also serve as an innovation center for fast and high-quality creation of MVP and proof of concept, including for companies that have their own development teams, but need a more dynamic and agile approach to the project.

We are now looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team, who will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our development processes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach and mentor the Scrum team on Agile principles, practices, and values
- Help the team maintain a healthy backlog and ensure that work is properly prioritized and estimated
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and productivity
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the team to regularly inspect and adapt their processes
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to align priorities and dependencies across multiple teams
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement
- Serve as a servant leader, empowering the team to self-organize and take ownership of their work
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Agile trends, techniques, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a minimum of 5 years working in Agile environments
- Deep understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and related methodologies such as Kanban and XP
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact the team
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and technical concepts
